Plaza Liquors & Cocktails

Plaza Liquors was located at 2431 W. 7th Street in St. Paul’s Highland Park neighborhood during the 1960s. We couldn’t find much about the place, but we do know thieves once drilled a four-inch hole into the wall and stole $3,000 from the safe. Maybe this put them out of business? Hopefully not, but regardless, we’re glad they left us with some amazing matchbook art.
