1. 30-Day Quality Promise
If your order arrives and there is a clear mistake on our part, we will happily resolve it within 30 days of the delivery date. This includes:
- Manufacturing or Printing Flaws – Blurred or misaligned designs, missing prints, etc.
- Damaged Merchandise – Holes, tears, or visible defects upon arrival.
- Wrong Item Received – If we shipped a design or size different from your order confirmation.
If you experience any of these issues, we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund (including any shipping costs you initially paid).
2. What’s Not Covered
- Change of Mind – We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply decide you don’t want the item anymore.
- Sizing Errors – Please consult our size charts or contact us with questions before placing your order.
- Minor Color Variations – Slight differences between on-screen images and the actual product may occur.
- Normal Wear & Tear – Damage after regular use or washing is not eligible for return.

- If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
- In most quality-issue cases, you won’t need to return the original item. If we do request it back, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Shipping Costs
- For eligible issues, we’ll cover shipping costs or provide instructions so you’re not out of pocket.
- For ineligible returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), we unfortunately cannot process a refund or exchange.
